Terms Of Purchase Agreement

Order Processing: All orders will be promptly processed within one business day. Upon processing, an invoice for payment will be generated.
Shipping Timeframe: Once the payment is successfully received, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We use UPS Ground Standard for shipping, which typically results in delivery within 2-3 business days.
Expedited Options: For expedited shipping options related to specific print services, please reach out to us, and we will gladly provide you with a quote.

Shipment Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Signature Requirement: Please refer to your tracking number to confirm if a signature will be required upon delivery.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee that all orders will be delivered within 10 business days from the receipt of payment. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@rrdevelopmentwi.com via email.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipment Confirmation: Please be aware that once you receive a tracking number confirming the shipment of your order, cancellation is no longer possible.

Final Sale: All sales on purchases are considered final unless the product is found to be defective.
Lost or Stolen Shipments: RR Development Wisconsin is not liable for any lost or stolen shipments during delivery.
